☆ Gore
☆ Smut

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

☆ Payment is upfront.
☆ If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
☆ If the client cancels the commission after payment, only a partial refund will be offered, depending on the stage that the piece has progressed to.
☆ Refunds cannot be issued after commission completion!

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

☆ The artwork will not be utilised commercially unless previously discussed.
☆ I explicitly forbid my artwork to be sold as NFTs.
☆ I explicitly forbid my artwork to be used in generative AI training.
☆ I have the right to post the finished artwork on social media.
☆ My artwork must not be changed, modified, or traced by the client.
☆ My signature must not be cropped, erased, or altered by the client.
☆ I retain full right to request a takedown on these terms.
